Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup granola (low sugar)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of granola, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Drizzle honey on top if desired.
