Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably low-fat)
- 1/2 cup granola (low sugar)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of granola, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle honey on top if desired.
