Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 large banana
- 2 cups low-fat yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
- 1 cup granola (low-sugar preferred)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the berries, slicing strawberries if necessary.
- In clear cups or a large bowl, layer the mixed berries at the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced banana over the berries.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt on top of the bananas.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt.
- Repeat the layering process until the cups are filled, finishing with yogurt and granola.
