Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 cups low-fat yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
  • 1 cup granola (low-sugar preferred)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the berries, slicing strawberries if necessary.
  2. In clear cups or a large bowl, layer the mixed berries at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of sliced banana over the berries.
  4. Spoon a layer of yogurt on top of the bananas.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt.
  6. Repeat the layering process until the cups are filled, finishing with yogurt and granola.
