Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 medium apple (peeled and diced)
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, milk, and egg.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the diced apple.
  5. Spoon the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes.
